Rostock

In Rostock, the children of the Werner-Lindemann primary school joined in for the first time and gathered 11,229 Green Footprints!

For 4 weeks, the 260 pupils and teachers of the primary school busily collected stickers every day and dealt thematically with the subjects climate protection and mobility.
The feedback from the school was very positive and the campaign was accompanied by the headmaster with a lot of commitment.
The grand finale was to be the handover of the children's miles to the Lord Mayor Claus Ruhe Madsen. Everything was prepared for the press event and the handover in the courtyard of the school as the Mayor's office cancelled due to the pandemic. This was of course a great disappointment for everyone and especially the children. Nevertheless, the closing was celebrated with all the students and the action came to a happy conclusion.

Now we just hope that the city of Rostock will participate with more schools next year - that would be a great pleasure!
