Woltersdorf
This year, for the first time, the Weinbergkids daycare center from Woltersdorf in the Oder-Spree district took part in the "kids on the Move" ZOOM campaign, and the results were truly impressive.
The little climate protectors collected 104 Green Footprints for environmentally friendly journeys made by bicycle or on foot. The car was only used when the route really did not allow it any other way, but here, too, the bus or public transport was used more often.
However, the children's commitment did not end there; they also took a closer look at their eating habits and now eat more regional and seasonal foods, earning 175 Red Footprints.
