Bersenbrück

This year, the Astrid Lindgren-Kindergarten took part in the ZOOM campaign with 78 children from four groups. Through the implementation of climate-friendly routes, 860 Green Miles were collected. 253 Red Miles and 53 Blue Miles were collected for eating regional food and energy saving massurements. This brings together the proud sum of 1,166 miles for our global climate journey.
The children got to know the advantages and disadvantages of different means of transportation and would like the decision-makers to enhance cycle paths and have often used their own bicycle or scooter instead of the car. Another great importance for the small climate protectors are animals. They demand more green spaces with flowers for bees and other insects, which aswell will create space for children to play and explore.
