For the 6th time primary schools from the Czech Republic were ZOOMing in with their springtime and fall activites and were collecting Zelené Kilometry (Green Kilometers ) in order to show what children can do to protect our environment.
680 Children in four primary schools were involved in the springtime actions and collected 5917 Zelené Kilometry during one week.
In the fall activities 1731 kids in 11 schools from Prague (districts 3, 4, 9, 10, 13, 17), Chomutov, Most and Benešov nad Ploučnicí participated and together gathered 13472 Zelené Kilometry (green kilometers).
This means the children from the whole territory of the Czech Republic are contributing 19389 Zelené Kilometry for this year's Handover at the Climate Summit in Lima.
