ZOOM Kids just moved to UN Climate Summit:
On Wednesday, 1 Dezember, Christain Finger from Climate Alliance Austria handed over the grand total of Green Footprints collected by children in 10 European Countries to the Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC, Christiana Figueres, at the CancĂșn Climate Change Conference in Mexico.
How many Green Footprints did the 159,528 participants collect?
This is an equivalent of 66,5 times round the world!
For those ZOOMing in since the very begining: Edwin Vasques, who received the Green Footprints on behalf of the Indigenous Rainforest Peoples from Amazonia at the Climate Summit in Milano 2003, attended again.
